FAQs
For those of you who didn't attend last year, below are some of the questions about Brisbane Indesign that we get asked the most:
How do I get around to all the showrooms?
It’s up to you – hop on a bus, take a walk, jump in a car or taxi. To help you travel on the day, a series of complimentary buses are provided that can transport you to different design destinations around town.
Will I need to set out from one particular destination?
Events for the day don’t have to follow a rigid pattern. You can tailor the day’s events to suit you. Jump on a bus, take a stroll or linger in one of the showrooms.
Why do I need to register?
To make the day as easy and hassle-free as possible, registration is essential. Once you have registered you will be sent the Brisbane Indesign daypack – including a handbook/guide, day pass and all the information you will need to plan the day.
What will be the content of the handbook?
An indispensable tool for the day, the Brisbane Indesign handbook provides you with valuable maps, company information and special company day plans. For the best way to stay in-tune with the days events in advance, make certain you pre-register to receive your handbook in the post, and stay tuned to the website for up-to-the-minute information.
Why do I need a day pass?
Think of your day pass as the most important form of identification you need on the day. Use it when you pop in and out of showrooms. Your day pass will help others identify who you are and provide showrooms with your contact details.
Who will be there?
Brisbane Indesign is bursting with design highlights and also provides the perfect opportunity to connect with industry colleagues and design lovers in a relaxed and inspirational environment.
What’s in store within each showroom?
Showrooms will come alive with product launches, new collections and the latest in design. The relaxed environment will provide the chance to connect with showroom owners, find out about existing collections and admire their new products.
What do showrooms have planned?
Each showroom plans individually, with the product always the star of the day. In addition, a selection of delights such as food and beverages, live entertainment and door prizes, offer plenty of opportunities to take a break and indulge.
